Sociable, Selfless Service Provider Dr. K.G Lakshminarayanappa
Dr. K. G
Lakshminarayanappa joined the exercise and customs department of the central
government of India in 1975. He served in the department for about 35 years. He
was appreciated for honesty and excellent service and professionalism by his
senior officers. He received good training with regard to his profession and
represented the department both at high court and Supreme Court and he got
promoted for higher position and he received many awards for his sincere
contributions towards his career. He retired in 2010 from his service.
Religious and sociable
Dr. Lakshminarayanappa’s
interest for social service made him to join hand with many organisations. He
became secretary for Akila Bharata Padmashali sangha at Hyderabad and was
president for Bangalore district Padmashali employee’s organisation, Karnataka
Yuva Sahithya Parishath and central Kannada organisation. At present he is
serving as Dharmdarshi for Shri Lakshmi Narayana temple located at Balepete
Bangalore, he is serving as Dharmadarshi as well as treasurer at Shri Markandeya
Maharshi gurupeeta of Karnataka state Nekara community, along with that he’s
serving as chief secretary at devarayadurga Lakshmi Narayana committee and as
Vice President at Shibhi Lakshminarasimha temple.
Apart of
this he opened “A.S.R infinity law chambers” to help financially backward
people by providing free law service. Recently he opened “KGL Padmashali IAS
UPSC academy” for IAS aspirants and adopted orphan girls to provide education
by helping them financially. He always donated 10% of his salary for the
education of poor students from his career days.
Columnist and writer
Though he
had no degree in literature nor did he do any research still he showed interest
in literary work and did research and did opus on Devarayana Durga and Tumakuru
jilleya Divya Kshethragalu. Late Shri M. Chidanand murthy wrote the foreword of
this book. Lakshminarayanappa has given clear narration in this book and the
language is very simple and facts are perfectly written, said late Shri Dr. M. Chidanand
Murthy.
In my
opinion this book of Dr. K. G Lakshminarayanappa is successful in providing
wide aspects of major temples of Tumakuru as well as culture in subtle way.
As a writer,
social worker, thinker, being the follower of Gandhi and J.P Lohia by adopting
their ideology and principles he is completely active in literary and social
activities. Dr. K.G Lakshminarayanappa is simple, active, disciplined, with
principles and honesty has been awarded for his literary service as Nekararatna
by Nekaravani Magazine. He received many awards from many organisations.
Recently he has been awarded by Kesturu Nethaji brigade group as Hutturu
sandaka 2019 from Kesturu village which is his hometown. He had joined hands
with Kesturu Nethaji brigade group for the development of Kesturu village by
planting lakhs of trees.

Dr. K.G Lakshminarayanappa has written more than 500 articles and more than
750 poems .
Considering his achievements, Karnataka govt has appointed
him as Advisory member of Hampi
University.
Considering his contributions, many public organizations

Award SADAKARA RATNA AWARD and many facilitation has done by them
